How long does shipping take?

We ship from our workshop in China. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 15–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 15–25 business days
  • Europe: 15–25 business days
  • Other countries: 20–30 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your order ships (usually within 2–3 business days).

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your ClawClaw plush, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at learnby101@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

What materials are ClawClaw plushies made of?

Our plushies are made with crystal velvet (outer fabric) and filled with PP cotton — soft, lightweight, and hypoallergenic. All products meet CPSC and ASTM F963 safety standards.

Are ClawClaw plushies safe for children?

Yes! All our plushies are designed to be child-safe. However, small accessories (like keychain clips) are not recommended for children under 3.

Can I wash my ClawClaw plush?

Yes! Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry. We don't recommend machine washing or tumble drying.
